ScreenshotClipper
What is this?
This was borne out of frustration from taking screenshots on iOS and Android for accessibility assessments where I often had to highlight an element at the top of the screen and also include the VoiceOver or TalBack speech output at the bottom. The end result usually had a whole lot of nothing in between (or content/features that were not pertinant to the issue). Firing up an image editor to take out that middle slice was always a pain, so I wanted something that allowed me to easily chop out the middle part that I don't need:
- Drag in an image
- Drag over the section that you want to remove
- Apply a style for the cropped part (stitch, tear or slant)
- Download the generated image (or drag it back to a folder)
